Dave Childers is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and speaker with more than 20 years of experience helping clients and business owners succeed. Starting out in the music industry before turning to real estate, Dave built his career through hands-on work—flipping homes, managing multifamily properties, and leading large-scale renovations.
