We are a Nashville based Real Estate investment firm. Founded by Dave Childers in 2005. We are involved in various real estate investments from Multifamily ownership to passive lending though our private fund.

Meet Dave...
Dave is living out the book "Rich Dad, Poor Day". He believes bringing a blue-collar work ethic to a white-collar world, this belief is evident in what he has accomplish in the last 20 years.
